Seniors for Pets exists because friends of our mission who believe as we do that the healthy benefits of owning pets enhances the health and well-being of senior citizens. They support this organization with donations of needed supplies and services, with donations of money and with purchases of our e-books and products.
It doesn’t require a great deal of money to make a tremendous difference in the lives of the senior citizens we assist.
The founders pay the operational expenses of Seniors for Pets. Therefore, 100% of monetary donations received through the website or by mail are used for paying service providers, primarily veterinarians.
Your donation is completely tax deductible. Seniors for Pets is a certified, 501(c)3 charity.
Donations come in many forms…cash, checks (See contact button for our address and details), and even assistance with supplies and services.
We encourage professional who supply veterinary, accounting, or legal (pet trusts, will modification, etc.) services to support this mission.
We typically receive a discount from the veterinarians we use to care for our clients’ pets, so your contribution dollars stretch further. We do not ask these professionals to provide pro bono services, because we place great value on what they do for our pets.
We at Seniors for Pets keep our supporters informed about our activities, successes, even occasionally posting some special needs situations on our Facebook pages as well as on our website.
